Job Description

The Clinician Scheduler develops and manages schedules for clinicians at hospital locations to ensure that all shifts are fully staffed for the expected patient volume.

Responsibilities

Creates and maintains schedules for multiple hospital locations 45 days before the start of the month.
Works independently utilizing scheduling software (Shift Admin) to auto-generate schedules based on customizations, rules, and weightings.
Establish relationships with all providers to learn their scheduling preferences and hard stops.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience creating/managing complex fluid schedules
Shift admin scheduling experience preferred
