Join Sage Health as a Patient Experience Associate (Front Desk) and be the first point of contact for patients at our medical center. Help patients with paperwork, schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth check-in process.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and guests
Assist patients with paperwork completion
Schedule appointments and triage requests
Verify insurance information
Answer phone calls and route to appropriate personnel

Qualifications

Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative/customer service role
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
