Provide direction and scheduling to team members in their daily activities. Assign work, give directions, and monitor work progress. Handling product movement and dispatch coordination. Effectively communicate needs, priorities, and issues to the Supervisor, relevant departments, logistics, engineering, and production management, including those on different shifts. Promote flow and pull of products and information to internal and ultimately external customers.
Strong technical knowledge related to the field of manufacturing and warehouse operations. Communicate in a clear, approachable, professional and proactive manner, provide strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining perspective.
