Job Description

Join Target as a Service and Engagement Team Leader to provide exceptional guest service, drive guest loyalty and manage a team of hourly team members.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Guest Advocates, Service Advocates, and Front of Store Attendants
Plan and execute daily workload to achieve sales goals and guest engagement
Educate and promote Target Loyalty Programs to enhance guest shopping experience
Ensure team members are up-to-date on promotions and events

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment
Strong leadership and communication skills
