Join H&M as a Visual Merchandiser responsible for executing visual standards and commercial excellence to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the total OMNI customer experience by ensuring visual and commercial curation
  • Represent the H&M Brand positively during customer interactions
  • Organize and plan workload according to store activation plan
  • Launch and maintain global campaigns on time
  • Perform sales report follow-up and identify opportunities

Qualifications

  • Curious, creative, and proactive with effective communication skills
  • Knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practices
  • Experience in product presentation and commercial execution
