Job Description

Join Walmart as a Vision Center Manager to drive sales, ensure effective merchandise presentation, and provide excellent customer service in the Vision Center.

Responsibilities

Drive sales by ensuring effective merchandise presentation
Provide direction and guidance to Associates on proper customer service
Oversee community outreach programs
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
Supervise and develop Associates in the Vision Center

Qualifications

Completion of 2 or more years of college OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience OR 2 years of general work experience including 1 year of optical experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws
