Job Description

Mayer Brown is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Finance - Operations department in our New York office. The analyst will manage a portfolio of Firm partners, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments from clients.

Responsibilities

Implements effective collection strategies
Fosters positive relationships with partners and clients
Provides reports and analyses to partners
Collaborates with billing teams
Maintains accurate collection records
Meets collection targets
Identifies process improvements
Assists with special projects

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
Minimum five years of professional experience
Minimum two years collections experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
