Job Description

Citibank is seeking an Analyst to join the Commercial Mortgage Warehouse Group. The role involves underwriting commercial properties and mortgage loans, preparing approval memoranda, and supporting various functions within the organization.

Responsibilities

Underwriting and due diligence of commercial properties and underlying mortgage loans
Preparing approval memorandum for advances and warehouse lines
Assisting middle office, Risk, and CLO functions
Working on client transactions and projects under senior CIB officers
Organizing and analyzing financial data for proposals and strategic plans
Evaluating company's financial performance and industry trends
Building financial models for valuation purposes
Performing loan surveillance and analysis
Handling ad hoc projects related to loan servicing, documentation, etc.

Qualifications

BA/BS in real estate, business, accounting, or economics
Proficiency in Excel and exposure to Argus
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Excellent writing and presentation skills
2-5 years of relevant experience
