Job Description

Citibank is seeking an Analyst to join our Commercial Mortgage Warehouse Group. The candidate will work closely with senior team members and clients to facilitate financing for commercial mortgage loans.

Responsibilities

Work with senior Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) officers and professionals on client transactions
Underwrite and conduct due diligence on commercial properties and mortgage loans
Prepare approval memorandum for advances and warehouse lines
Support middle office, Risk, and CLO functions
Build complex financial models for valuation purposes
Conduct economic/financial research
Perform periodic loan surveillance and commentary on deal performance
Ad hoc projects related to loan administration and documentation

Qualifications

BA/BS in real estate, business, accounting, or economics
Proficiency in Excel and exposure to Argus
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Excellent writing and presentation skills
2-5 years of relevant experience
