Glass America is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Houston, TX. This role involves handling customer interactions, scheduling appointments, and supporting shop operations.

Responsibilities

Professionally handle customer interactions in person and over the phone
Schedule customer appointments with a sense of urgency
Maintain communication with Auto Glass Technicians
Utilize software for documentation and sales information
Provide quotes for installation and repair services
Assist team in meeting production goals

Qualifications

Organized with high volume call/email experience
Comfortable in customer-facing roles
Reliable and positive demeanor
Strong technology and data entry skills
Process-driven with inventory management understanding
Ability to work some Saturdays and overtime
