TownTasks is seeking a Human Resource Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Department. This position involves various HR functions, including data entry, customer service, and maintaining office supplies.
Support department staff by taking minutes, making copies, scanning documents, and typing correspondence.
Communicate with departments on HR needs and serve as a liaison between departments and HR office.
Maintain filing systems and handle confidential materials.
High School diploma or equivalent required, with courses in general business and computers. Associates degree preferred. Minimum of two years' experience in Human Resources. Valid Michigan Driver's license.
