Job Description

Join our team as a screen printer responsible for creating well-designed PPE equipment articles for customers.

Responsibilities

Examine work orders to determine estimated printing times, ink, and material quantities.
Design screen patterns according to customer specifications.
Select appropriate screen size, degreasing agents, and emulsion coatings.
Load screens into the printing press, both manual and auto.
Mix inks to color match PMS / Pantone Colors.
Install and reposition screen for proper image registration.
Run prints, perform quality checks, and troubleshoot problems.
Dry, fold, and pack completed articles.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous work experience as a screen printer preferred.
Excellent hand-eye coordination.
High level of creative and artistic skills.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Ability to work with ink and chemicals daily.
Ability to operate machinery in a light industrial environment.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
