Job Description

Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations, leading omnichannel processes, and maintaining store recovery standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and Company programs, plan in-store events, manage shrink and safety programs, assist with cash reconciliation and inventory processes, train and coach the customer experience team.

Qualifications

Retail management experience preferred, ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy boxes, and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
