Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing and delivering effective front-end operations and expectations. Lead the omnichannel processes, maintain store recovery standards, and provide friendly customer service.
Lead and manage adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, achieve KPIs, plan and execute in-store events, manage shrink and safety programs, assist with cash reconciliation, assist with inventory processes, train and coach the customer experience team, and serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
Retail management experience preferred. Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, lift heavy boxes, and work in a public retail store setting.
