Job Description

Join our team at TownTasks as an Application Support Analyst to provide technical support for enterprise-wide software applications, including Manhattan WMS. This remote position offers an attractive salary with benefits.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end-users for software issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
Document problem-solving processes.
Ensure high application availability.
Provide training to users on application use.
Prepare and maintain documentation.
Participate in process customization.
Identify and document resolutions for recurring issues.
Communicate effectively with users and IT staff.
Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve problems.
Install, maintain, and support enterprise applications.
Manage support ticket queues and resolve incidents.
Participate in on-call rotation.

Qualifications

B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
2-5 years of IT systems support experience.
Experience with Manhattan WMS or other Tier 1 WMS.
Ability to work with databases and write SQL queries.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
