Job Description

Join our team at TownTasks as an Application Support Analyst to provide technical support for enterprise-wide software applications, including Manhattan WMS. This remote position offers an attractive salary with benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users for software issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
  • Document problem-solving processes.
  • Ensure high application availability.
  • Provide training to users on application use.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation.
  • Participate in process customization.
  • Identify and document resolutions for recurring issues.
  • Communicate effectively with users and IT staff.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve problems.
  • Install, maintain, and support enterprise applications.
  • Manage support ticket queues and resolve incidents.
  • Participate in on-call rotation.

Qualifications

  • B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of IT systems support experience.
  • Experience with Manhattan WMS or other Tier 1 WMS.
  • Ability to work with databases and write SQL queries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
