Job Description

SSC Services for Education is seeking a Shift Supervisor to direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure assigned job expectations are completed.

Responsibilities

Provide training and create work schedules
Evaluate worker performance
Prepare reports for management
Act as contact person for employee requests
Act as a mentor and encourage career advancement
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Prior janitorial/supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership skills
Ability to manage and motivate a team
Excellent communication skills
