Job Description

The Customer Success Representative at Topcon Positioning Group supports Autodesk and Bluebeam Account Managers in driving business growth and renewals by fostering strong client relationships and ensuring successful service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Managers to identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Coordinate and oversee technical service engagements
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams for issue resolution
  • Contribute to customer success best practices and process improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Admin or Technology related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Autodesk and Bluebeam Customer Success, Account Management, or related role
  • Familiarity with CRM and PM tools
