Join our high-performing Customer Success team at HCSS to manage renewals and customer account growth. Help customers transition to higher service brackets through cross-sell and IQL activities.
Work on customer renewals, achieve high renewal rates, escalate renewal issues, monitor customer health, create IQLs, complete account handoffs, conduct surveys, recommend automation ideas, process improvements, and review renewals data.
Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, ability to handle escalations, experience in customer success or account management, familiarity with customer success tools.
