Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and safety. This includes managing inventory, order picking, shipping, and maintaining the warehouse facility. The role involves supervising employees, scheduling work assignments, and optimizing productivity.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• High School Diploma- Required
• Bachelor's Degree- Preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt; SPC; Kaizen; Root Cause Analysis- Preferred
• 5+ Years of Manufacturing/ Warehouse Experience Required
• 5+ Years of Supervisory Experience
• 2-5 Years of Customer Service Experience Preferred
• SAP Experience- Required
• Advanced Computer Skills- Required
• MS Office (Excel, Microsoft Teams Focused)
