Join UnitedHealth Group to work as an Excelsior Benefits Sales Representative, promoting the product portfolio to benefits brokers and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

Promote Excelsior?s product portfolio to benefits brokers and help increase enrollment
Negotiate and close sales
Conduct market presentations for brokers and employers
Develop strategies for top producing agencies and Brokers
Collaborate with Sales Management on pipeline, persistency, and market objectives
Build relationships with carrier partners

Qualifications

Active sales insurance license(s)
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
Ability to understand underwriting, financial and analytical details
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Client and producer relationship building skills
