Job Description

Yokohama TWS North America, Inc is seeking an HR & Safety Manager to provide human resources and safety support to the business. This position involves developing and implementing HR and Safety policies, overseeing training, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the HR team to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.
Develop and implement key HR and Safety policies and procedures.
Provide training on HR and Safety processes.
Oversee incident tracking and investigation.
Assist with recruitment efforts.
Maintain HR, OSHA, and Safety reporting records.
Support Compensation & Benefits Team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
5+ years of HR/Safety experience.
PHR/SHRM-CP certification a plus.
Experience with regulatory compliance.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
