Join PHOENIX Retail, LLC as an Assistant Manager at the Pentagon City store in Arlington, Virginia. Assist the Store Manager in supervising store operations, recruiting, management, training, and sales functions to create a great in-store shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing, inspiring, and retaining top talent
Maintain a positive work environment and high store morale
Coach, teach, and train Sales Associates
Support the Store Manager in analyzing business performance
Oversee daily store operations and merchandise flow
Ensure adherence to Company Policies and safety of associates and customers
Optimize sales and operations opportunities
Lead a culture of proactive customer engagement
Create a positive in-store experience through visual standards
Resolve customer complaints and issues

Qualifications

Education: High School or Equivalent
Years of Experience: 1-3 years of relevant job experience
Proficient in technology use (iPad, registers)
Strong customer service skills
Availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours
