Job Description

Serve as a direct point of contact between the company and customers. Build strong connections with both new and existing customers by supporting their needs through various communication channels in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities

Provide thorough assistance to customers via phone communication in a friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable manner.

Demonstrate active listening skills, ensuring a friendly, patient, and calm demeanor when assisting customers.

Resolve customer complaints, issues, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Use prewritten email templates to respond to customer emails timely and efficiently.

Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively address customer needs.

Aim to exceed customer expectations whenever possible and reasonable.

Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find satisfactory solutions.

Show flexibility during busy times and help fellow co-workers as needed.

Demonstrate the ability to multi-task.

Continually learn and develop skills, procedures, and knowledge relevant to the position.

Understand and make use of resources available to locate answers to product questions.

Communicate well internally and with other departments when necessary, regarding any pertinent customer related matters.

Additional responsibilities may include participating in training clinics and providing product feedback for use on the website.

Qualifications
