Responsibilities

Lead the store team to create an exceptional customer experience and exceed sales goals.
Ensure sales floor is adequately staffed and serve as a role model for sales associates.
Coach staff on customer service principles and success/challenges.
Educate team on products and selling skills to achieve business goals.
Ensure a positive environment where all associates are treated fairly.
Resolve client service issues effectively.

Qualifications

Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Superior critical thinking and time management skills.
2-3 years of retail sales or management experience.
