Job Description

Join the NAPA Auto Parts team as a Store Manager in King City, California. We are seeking an experienced leader with a passion for delivering customer care and retail management.

Responsibilities

Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store
Help outside sales in developing and maintaining wholesale accounts
Build and develop a team to deliver excellent customer care
Continuous improvement in processes and procedures
Maintain store security and appearance

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Passion for customer care and building relationships
Knowledge of inventory controls and stocking levels
Self-motivation and goal-oriented
Operational skills with cash registers and computer systems
ASE Certifications (preferred)
