Job Description

A Japanese company is seeking an HR Generalist with General Affairs responsibilities in the DFW area.

Responsibilities

Implement HR policies and procedures to support company goals and employee growth. Lead recruitment, staffing, and retention efforts. Manage payroll processing and support the HR & Administration team. Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. Administer HR programs and oversee office supplies and facility maintenance. Organize company events and meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business management or HR. Minimum 5 years of HR and administrative experience. HR certification preferred. Experience with Paychex payroll system a plus. Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Japanese language skills a huge plus.
