Job Description

Beanstock Coffee Roasters, Inc is looking for a Production Roaster to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day roasting to fill all orders, receiving and organizing green coffee deliveries, sample roasting, cuppings, cleaning roasters, and other duties as required.

Responsibilities

Responsible for day-to-day roasting to fill all orders.
Receiving and organizing green coffee deliveries.
Sample roasting.
Set-up, partake in and break down cuppings.
Daily and weekly cleaning of roasters and roasting area.
Help with maintenance and repair of roasters.
Contribute constructive suggestions.
Other duties as needed. Flexibility is a must.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Coffee roasting experience preferred.
Competence with Cropster roasting software preferred.
Q-grader certification a positive.
