Job Description

Join our team as a Warehouse Operator at Upstate Niagara Cooperative, Inc. We are a farmer-owned cooperative dedicated to providing high-quality dairy products to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Operate material handling equipment to move finished products to and from the warehouse and trucks.
  • Load, unload, and pick orders while maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Follow all SOP procedures, complete required documentation, and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
  • Maintain area cleanliness, report product issues, and participate in waste reduction efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with safety requirements and regulations.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-2 years of manufacturing and/or warehouse experience.
  • Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and work in varied temperature ranges.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
