Responsibilities

  • Assist in shipping and receiving of finished goods and raw materials.
  • Coordinate and direct drivers to various dock locations.
  • Verify shipping information and record data in company ERP system.
  • Provide outstanding customer service both internally and externally.
  • Update customer-specific inventories.

Qualifications

Associates degree with 3 years of customer service experience or equivalent.

Experience in material handling and logistics preferred.
