Job Description

Responsible for providing financial, credit, and trend analysis for the delivery of the Bank's credit products and services to middle market and other business clients and prospects. Monitors assigned credit relationships for covenant compliance, collateral monitoring, and credit deterioration.

Responsibilities

Independently evaluates and structures higher complexity credit requests
Performs independent credit analysis and risk assessment of new and existing credit requests
Advanced knowledge in modeling income statement, balance sheet and cash flow over multiple years
Understands complex corporate structures and recommends the best borrowing structures
Recommends credit actions and prepares Credit Approval Reports
Maintains relationships with clients and provides guidance to junior team members

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field
Over 10 years of related work experience
Demonstrates knowledge of lending, cash flow and collateral analysis, and loan structuring
Strong working knowledge of the Bank's Loan Policies and Standards
Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
