Job Description

Join our team as a Warehouse Training Lead in Kansas City, Kansas. We are looking for a dedicated individual to create and implement training programs for the warehouse.

Responsibilities

Provide coaching and feedback to trainers
Conduct training sessions and orientations
Maintain training logs and understand warehouse systems
Communicate productivity standards and policies

Qualifications

18 years or older
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Public speaking skills
Knowledge of warehouse operations and equipment
Experience in a distribution center or production environment
