Job Description

Seeking a highly organized Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, manage inventory, coordinate shipments, ensure compliance with safety standards, and lead a team of warehouse personnel.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and performance
Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support
Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
Conduct strategic planning to align operational objectives with overall company goals
Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities
Develop and implement warehouse procedures and policies
Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities
Train, mentor and coach warehouse staff
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

Lean/Six Sigma experience
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in warehouse management
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
