Job Description

Seeking a highly organized Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, manage inventory, coordinate shipments, ensure compliance with safety standards, and lead a team of warehouse personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and performance
  • Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
  • Conduct strategic planning to align operational objectives with overall company goals
  • Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities
  • Develop and implement warehouse procedures and policies
  • Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities
  • Train, mentor and coach warehouse staff
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

  • Lean/Six Sigma experience
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in warehouse management
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
