The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for the successful operation and profitability of the store, including training, directing, and monitoring all department staff.
Customers are greeted and serviced per company standards of World Class customer service. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for ensuring sales goals are met, products are in-stock, and staff are trained and held accountable. They also assist in hiring, training, and managing store personnel.
High school diploma or GED required. 1-2 years management experience in grocery or retail. Ability to pass food safety training courses and obtain certifications. Must be highly organized, customer service-oriented, and proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
