Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to handle financial and administrative tasks for our client in Victoria, TX. This role requires efficiency, accuracy, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload.

Responsibilities

Process billing, accounts receivable (A/R), and accounts payable (A/P)

Manage purchase orders (POs) and ensure accurate documentation

Train in company-specific software (prior experience not required)

Handle responsibilities typically divided among multiple administrators

Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

Qualifications
