Responsibilities

Process incoming calls and emails for customer orders
Relay customer concerns and requests to appropriate team members
Generate manifests for Route Drivers and Service Technicians
Check in Route Drivers and reconcile customer funds
Dispatch Service Technicians for repairs and installations
Handle accounts receivable and payments
Communicate sales leads to branch personnel
Provide backup support for sales reports and month-end processes
Maintain records of customer interactions and files
Solicit sales from customers during promotions

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Past customer service experience preferred
