Job Description

Join TownTasks as a Director, Head of Change Management & Commercialization Product Management in Transaction Banking. This role involves driving the development and execution of TB product strategy, change management, and control agenda.

Responsibilities

Define and execute process improvement strategy across billing lifecycle
Define and execute process improvement strategy for onboarding of TB products and services
Review operating model of products and centralize management efforts
Manage annual agreement and client pricing process
Manage Business Requirements and UAT process for Transaction Banking products

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with strong quantitative and data analysis skills
15+ years of experience in product management and business analysis
Proven product management experience in Transaction Banking
Cash Management/Transaction Banking product knowledge
Strong command of oral and written English communications skills
Proficiency in business analyst methodology and templates
