Job Description

Eclipse Advantage is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations at our client facility in Longview, TX. This role involves supervising, directing, and evaluating warehouse personnel to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead warehouse team through delegation, training, and maintaining high customer service standards.
Advise employees on handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock.
Maintain employee Safety Training and Compliance schedule and records.
Schedule staff hours to align with customer requirements.
Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and improve workflow efficiency.
Supervise housekeeping duties and collaborate with Site Manager for employee interviews, hires, and training.
Coach employees and enforce disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

2-3 years of related work and supervisor experience.
Prior distribution center or warehouse supervisory experience preferred.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
