Job Description

Leap is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This role involves leading engaging training sessions, managing customer projects, providing backend training, and developing innovative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging training sessions via Zoom
  • Manage customer projects from initiation to completion
  • Provide backend training and configure software
  • Address customer requests with innovative solutions
  • Implement project management best practices
  • Identify and mitigate potential issues
  • Assist in developing customer education programs
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally for customer success
  • Enhance customer experience during onboarding

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of experience with web-based applications
  • 1-2 years of client-facing role experience
  • 1-2 years of software implementation experience
  • 1-2 years of project management experience
  • Strong communication, technical, and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
