Job Description

WaterLand is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to join our fast-growing team. You will play a crucial role in handling inventory, fulfilling orders, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately
Receive and organize incoming inventory
Inspect and restock returned merchandise
Assist in light manufacturing and product assembly
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the warehouse
Perform inventory counts and resolve discrepancies
Collaborate with other teams as needed

Qualifications

Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
Positive attitude and team-player mindset
