Job Description

Thruway Fasteners, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to join their team in North Tonawanda, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse duties including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders.

Responsibilities

Receive incoming deliveries and conduct visual inspections
Operate forklift to store bins
Locate and pick orders accurately
Pack orders according to customer requirements
Coordinate shipping with carriers
Perform quality control checks
Maintain equipment and work areas
Conduct physical inventories

Qualifications

Self-starter with positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Team player with attention to detail
Proficient in operating forklift and pallet jacks
Prior warehouse experience preferred
