Job Description

Thruway Fasteners, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and quality control.

Responsibilities

Receiving incoming deliveries and inspecting for damage
Operating forklift to store bins
Picking orders based on pick tickets
Packing orders according to customer requirements
Shipping packages and coordinating with carriers
Performing quality control checks
Conducting routine equipment maintenance
Maintaining 5S standards in work areas
Performing physical inventories
Assisting in other plant operational activities

Qualifications

Self-starter with positive attitude and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Team-player willing to assist others
Ability to read and count accurately
Professional demeanor and appearance
Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks preferred
Prior warehouse experience preferred
Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
