Job Description

As a Data Scientist within the Clinical Analytics Product Solutions team, you will be responsible for creating innovative solutions to drive better healthcare outcomes for members with complex care needs. This role will support the development and implementation of analytic products to enhance the impact of care management programs, including creation of predictive models and machine learning algorithms.

Responsibilities

Lead the identification and deep analysis of business problems to assess the feasibility and impact of analytics solutions.
Explore, assess, and validate diverse data sources for analytics initiatives.
Develop, implement, and maintain data-driven solutions that address specific business challenges.
Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with strategic goals.
Formulate and propose actionable recommendations for further analytics development.
Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless integration of analytics solutions.

Qualifications

1+ year of relevant Data Science experience
Experience programming in SQL and Python
Experience working with Cloud Computing (GCP, AWS or Azure)
Experience with Statistical Analysis, Machine Learning and Predictive Modeling
