Job Description

Space-Lok, Inc., a part of Novaria Group, is seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Lead to oversee operations within the shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all incoming materials are processed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate receiving activities
Inspect incoming materials and document according to process
Oversee packaging and shipment of final products
Maintain accurate records and compliance with quality standards
Implement process improvements for efficiency
Train and mentor team members

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
2-5 years of shipping/receiving experience
Knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and packaging standards
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and shipping software
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
