Job Description

TownTasks is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant III to provide administrative and secretarial support for our department. This role involves various tasks including word processing, data entry, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies.

Responsibilities

  • Perform word processing duties such as creating memos, reports, and presentations
  • Input data into spreadsheets, databases, or other systems
  • Coordinate department schedules and manage appointments
  • Order office supplies and oversee mail distribution
  • Arrange and coordinate department meetings
  • Maintain departmental files and may coordinate travel arrangements
  • Follow work plans, timelines, and goals for assigned tasks

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of five years of relevant administrative support experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package
