Job Description

The Client Partner, Core Accounts is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing small and mid-size accounts, ensuring seamless transitions, driving product adoption, overseeing renewals, and identifying upselling opportunities.

Responsibilities

Analyze designated Book of business for upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Manage onboarding for new clients
Develop tailored sales strategies for retention, growth, and satisfaction
Act as primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and escalations
Drive product adoption and usage, re-engage with inactive accounts, and maintain accurate customer records

Qualifications

3-4 years of sales experience
Proven track record in managing and growing accounts
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
