Right at Home is looking for a Business Development Representative to identify growth opportunities and expand market presence. This role involves relationship building, lead generation, market research, sales strategy development, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources.
  • Generate and Qualify Leads: Use various tactics to generate and qualify leads.
  • Market Research: Identify new market trends and opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies.
  • Partnerships and Alliances: Identify strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of Sales or Business Development Experience
  • 2 years of Home Care Experience (preferred)
  • Associate degree or higher (preferred)
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
