Job Description

TownTasks is looking for a Participant Support Specialist to join the Customer Success team and provide exceptional support to our customers.

Responsibilities

Supporting customers with technical inquiries via email and phone.

Handling Tier 2 support for participants in the 401(k) benefit program.

Collaborating with various departments to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.

Qualifications

2+ years experience in customer care or FinTech.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience with customer support platforms like JIRA and Salesforce.
