Job Description

Join our team as a 1st Assistant Manager at Pump & Pantry. You will be responsible for overseeing the total operation of the assigned locations in the absence of the Manager.

Responsibilities

Oversee the total operation of assigned Pump & Pantry locations.
Assist in hiring, disciplining, and terminating personnel.
Ensure customer needs are met and implement company's customer service policy.
Supervise cash control and bank deposits.
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and appearance of stores meets company standards.

Qualifications

1-3 years experience as Assistant Manager preferred.
Associated Degree preferred.
Food Handler?s permit or Serve Safe Certification required.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
