Join Wonder, a food-tech startup revolutionizing the way people eat with a new dining category called 'Fast-Fine'. We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations in our back-of-house.

Responsibilities

Manage kitchen operations tightly, including storage, labeling, prep, and safety
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
Lead kitchen staff to produce high-quality food in a timely manner
Coach and train kitchen staff in culinary processes
Supervise inventory and food safety protocols

Qualifications

2+ years of restaurant management experience
Experience managing teams of 15+ members
Strong attention to detail and drive for efficiency
Effective verbal and written communication skills
