Job Description

Join Oakley as a Sales Supervisor where you will work closely with the store manager to achieve sales volumes, provide exceptional customer service, and maximize profits.

Responsibilities

Achieve high levels of performance and sales results
Train and manage all employees in daily tasks
Assign employees to tasks and assist with scheduling work hours
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Coordinate restocking of merchandise and flow of goods

Qualifications

At least 2 years of retail experience
At least 1 year of retail management experience
Availability to work a flexible schedule
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Bilingual
